Common Used Fabrics for Men’s Outdoor Sports T-shirt


As the outdoor leisure clothing gets its best sale performance, outdoor sportswear has adapted to the living concept of modern people, the changes of the demand of the market and the evolution of clothing fashion. There are plenty of different fabrics out in the market. For example, the knitting fabric generally used in making T-shirts, also has so many varieties. Cotton is a basic content in the knitting fabrics. There are many different categories of cotton. The most used are pure cotton in single side and double sides. Based on how many branches the cotton has, it can be further divided into lycra cotton, mercerized cotton, pique cotton and bamboo single-side cotton, etc.




Lycra cotton contents a fabric called lycra, which is whippy, not easy to get deformed, easy to get dyed, resisting aging and rubbing.


Pique cotton is a kind that most commonly used in making Polo shirts. The surface of pique cotton has small drain holes which look like honeycomb. It is more breathable than ordinary knitting cloth. And it’s comfortable, very washing durable and easy to dry. Tests show that it’s the least to get deformed when absorbing sweat and keeps the dyed colors firmly. Many famous brands use pique cotton to manufacture their outdoor leisure T-shirts.
